recently de feeling ba!;(
seriously ii have been thinking should ii resign a not..:( management ish so fucked up ta they din improved on anythg at all.. our dearest cage shift manager ms teng and jenny which ii began to hate them a lots.. actually ii respects all my shift managers and everyone arounds mie.. ii will hate that person whoms dono how to respect mie at all.. case1: ii apply leave in fill bank fer january 2012 fom 19-25. and than euu alr approved my leave lerx.. air flight tickets to thailand bangkok and hotel all already booked. alr pay the 700plus$ lers. now just a call from ms teng, eu rejected my leave and euu want mie to canceled my trip w my families and cancelled my airflight tickets everythg. reason ta eu said eu dono ta week new year ma.. seriously ii dono as ii have to 'pei he' my parents and my brother schooling holidays tym. now euu want mie to cancelled it. ii am okayss.. even though ii have to cancelled it. ii wont go to work also. so what manager! fucked up! case 2: ii respect the EVA as she ish the senior manager. ii talk to her about the URGENT LEAVE ta ii wana take on 4&5 sept 2011 as my dad ish going to hospital and den eu disapproved it. eu only approved mie one days and disapproved mie one day as eu say 'LACKOF CASHIERS". eu wants mie to chnge my off days. and ii chnge it.. eu din even update on the schedule and eu told mie eu will update, whn ii come back to work.. ii am not trying to blame eva, but urs promises to update never done, it might be ur bz reason, but shld management improved?..
its so fucked up anyway ta ii had been thinking hard.. blog tell mie, resign a not.. shift forward my resignations plan?
